Bhakti Flow
Our Intention for Bhakti Flow
Our intent with this conscious holistic practice is to help you cultivate radiant health in your body, mind and spirit.
This practice can fix a broken mind and a toxic body because it flows with alignment of the old scriptures and is not just a movement or workout.
We invite and practice Divine Communion daily where you intentionally open the portals to divine grace on a daily basis along with your flow.
And you use ancient Mantras to foster healing and transformation and proper pranayama and Bhakti, Devotion.
Think about how empty a life is without Devotion. You are merely functioning… Devotion is the current that brings you from the mind into the heart.
And once the spiritual heart opens you blossom like the most beautiful flower. Yoga is a transformational science to bring about this process: the flowering of the heart, the cultivating of high energy and a diamond mind that is clear like a crystal. That s what Yoga gives to you. Unfortunately as Yoga becomes more popular it becomes more superficial and how it is shared in nowadays can lack the sacred path that it actually is. But you only know the difference if you have experienced both. A deep holistic practice or a superficial one. That s why we re now more vocal about our work and how we practice since 30+ years and how we were teaching the last 15+ years and sharing this sacred practice and training 1500+ teachers who nowadays teach to over 10.000 people weekly in over 100 cities
Bhakti
Cultivate divine communion daily. Open your practice with a prayer and let your Sadhana help you to become more intimate with your light, with the divine within you.
Open your flow with a Mantra. Invite Great Spirit into everything you do in life and feel the difference.
Be grateful to flow with divine grace. Open your Bhakti Flow with your Prayer/Mantra
Dhyana
Embrace stillness. The valley of the peaceful mind is within you. Daily
Meditation helps you to free yourself from the noise of this world and recognize your true self (Atman). Meditation is always part of our sequence in Bhakti Flow. As you share this Praciste with your students give space for meditation and embrace stillness
Pranayama
Your breath is spirit, when you take flight the world stands still.
Breath is life. Learn to heal and elevate yourself through the power of conscious breathing and yogic breathing techniques.
It s deeply healing, empowering and clearing. It helps you to deeply relax and recharge and regulate your nervous system. It helps you to go deep within.
Also remember that within the Bhakti Flow practice your breath guides your movement and you breath consciously in your Ojai (Ocean breath)
Sankalpa
Be intentional. Move with intent. Energy follows intent. Intention is a step deeper then Attention. With your prayer and your sankalpa you can move mountains.
Flow with intention in your daily Sadhana. Remember the gift and science of yoga to free your mind, to see clear, to cultivate energy and a healthy radiant body. Remember how powerful yoga is and use the practice to cultivate more clarity and compassion, higher states of consciousness and radiant health.
Your Body is your temple and this flow is your prayer. Your health is your priority ( body, mind and spirit ) Your Sadhana keeps you healthy and strong. It can fix a toxic body and a broken mind.
If done right nothing helps you to cultivate more presence, clarity and health then a holistic practice of yoga and meditation
Sutra
Honor the teachers before you who channelled the scriptures thousands of years ago. Be grateful for this gift of wisdom and share 1 or 2 verses of the Yoga Sutra with your students. It clearly points to the inner process of transformation right at the beginning when it states that yoga helps you to calm the vritties (waves) of the mind. It helps you to free yourself from the inner monkey mind, your constant chatter and elevates you to experience deep inner peace . It helps you to rest in the self. And from there we can see clearly, we can be present and kind and live life with intent, prayer and compassion and choose peace and unity
Mantra
Mantra means to free your mind. A tool to transcend your thinking mind and experience deep inner peace and stillness. Open and Close your Bhakti Flow practice with a Mantra. It can be Om Namah Shivaya or a Mantra of your choice
Ananda
And while we practice this beautiful Style of Yoga with more awareness and conscious flow let s not forget that the goal is bliss, deep joy.
Yoga helps us shift our inner states and experience joy, freedom, peace and bliss
If practised superficial we miss the whole point and the deeper understanding of what Yoga actually is. It s not just a workout and not just movement. It s a science, a transformational journey that is deeply healing, helps you to grow personally and spiritually and gives you deep inner realizations of your life and helps you to understand yourself better and ultimately lifts you to higher states of awareness, inner bliss and divine communion to realize who you truly are.
Don t waste this opportunity, this gift, this journey. Dive deep into it to see the power and beauty of what Yoga has to offer. Leave all the superficially behind
And explore it in depth and find the diamond that s deep inside
Have fun - it s a divine Leela
Remember to stay light hearted and enjoy your journey. Seriousness is a disease (dis-ease). We want to flow and flow only happens with ease. If you keep a daily practice as outlined here your daily communion with the divine will lift you to new heights never experienced before and your life will change for the better.

Together with his wife, he has built a foundation that inspires thousands of students to experience Yoga, Mantra, and Meditation as tools for self-empowerment and spiritual awakening.
His latest project, Yoga University, brings together some of the most inspiring teachers from around the world to share deep wisdom on yoga and meditation.
A key highlight will be the Meditation Trainings with respected Buddhist monks and Indian Swamis, setting a new standard for young Western yogis seeking a deeper understanding of authentic yogic traditions.
Growing up with Yoga and Meditation and spending his twenties in Indian ashrams, Sathya remains dedicated to guiding others on their yogic journey. His years of yoga in India helped him in cultivating the power of an open, loving heart, a clear and focused mind and sharing yogic tools for inner transformation.
His passion lies in empowering those who join his trainings and retreats, offering them the true depth of yoga and meditation as a path to self-discovery and deeper awakening.
